1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for an account, accessing the platform or using any ProPrimeFX service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all documents referenced within them.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use our services you must be at least 18 years of age, have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and not be a resident of any restricted jurisdiction.

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that using our services is lawful in your country of residence.
• We may request documentation to verify your identity, age and residence at any time.
• We reserve the right to decline or close any account at our discretion.

3. Account registration

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Trading services

ProPrimeFX provides access to trading in leveraged products including foreign exchange (FX) and Contracts for Difference (CFDs). All orders are executed on the TenaxCode platform subject to available liquidity and market conditions.

We do not provide investment, tax or legal advice. Any market information provided is for general purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation to trade.

5. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment methods made available in your account portal. Withdrawals are paid to the original funding source where possible, in line with our AML and KYC policies.

• You may only fund your account from a source in your own name.
• Processing times vary by method and may be subject to verification.
• We may withhold or delay withdrawals pending required documentation.

6. Risks

Trading leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may result in the loss of all invested capital. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Market abuse, including manipulation, wash trading and arbitrage of pricing errors.
• Use of the services for money laundering, fraud or any unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with the platform.
• Providing false information or operating multiple accounts to abuse promotions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProPrimeFX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses arising from market conditions, connectivity issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the website or your account. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ProPrimeFX Ltd is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its competent courts.
